Stress is one of the biggest causes of health problems in many people’s lives, it can cause heart disease, depression, anxiety attacks, sleep problems, auto-immune diseases, weight problems and more. Holiday season is quickly approaching and with it comes more stress which is often overlooked as just part of life.  Also, have you ever considered that you can still eat amazing holiday food and not have the guilt you pay for in New Years resolutions? It can be done and you can do it!
